How frequently will I be invited to share my opinion?
We will be fielding 1-2 surveys per month. Although our Research & Strategy team will be offering surveys monthly, that does not always mean that every user will be invited to participate. This is because there are certain surveys and discussions that will only be relevant to specific users.
How will I know if there is a survey for me to complete?
You will receive an invitation in your inbox to participate in the newest study. You are not required to complete any survey but if you skip three months in a row you will be considered an inactive member. Inactive members may be removed from the community if they don’t participate over a period of time.
How much time does it take to complete a survey?
Each survey will require 2-5 minutes of your time.
How do I know you actually received my questionnaire answers?
At the end of each survey is a “Submit” button. Once clicked, our answers will be stored on our secure server. You will then see a Thank You page. This means we’ve received your responses!
Do I need special hardware or software?
Nope! You can use any computer or mobile device to complete our surveys.
Are there any fees or costs?
There are no fees or costs associated with the Home Team reader panel. In fact, because we’re so appreciative of the time and energy you’re putting into giving us feedback, members will receive a special treat from Apartment Therapy Media in their inboxes once a quarter filled with discounts and codes from our favorite retailers. Only panel members will be receiving these discounts.
What if I have more than one email address?
If you have more than one email address, please sign up with the email you’d like us to use when contacting you. In addition, please add email@example.com to your address book to ensure you always receive our survey alerts and discount emails.
How do I cancel my membership (opt-out)?
As a member of the Apartment Therapy Media Home Team panel, you will receive email invites offering up opportunities to fill out our newest surveys. To cancel your membership you can click the unsubscribe link located at the bottom of the email invitation. Alternatively, you can send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to request removal and you will no longer receive survey invitations
What if my registration information changes?
Please email email@example.com with the Subject line “Update Registration” with your new information and we will gladly update your profile.
